Christmas can be a stressful time: trees to decorate, presents to buy, cookies to make, traffic jams, crowded stores, etc. Sometimes, there’s not much peace in families as they prepare for Christmas.
 
Remember what the angel said to the shepherds? (Luke 2:8-14) The angels were talking about a peace that comes from God to man. Peace that comes from heaven to earth. Jesus Christ showed us how to have peace with God. Jesus showed us how to respond to the love of God. We can know what to do in different situation in our lives by knowing what He did in different situation in His life.
 
Look up John 18:37 together. For 33 years, Jesus showed us how to handle sin, problems and difficulties. We all know that Jesus had to die to save us from our sins. But, He had to live to show us how to live. Jesus was born to be an example for how we are supposed to live. Jesus - the Prince of Peace. How are your Christmas preparations coming along?
