Kids are very important to us here at Family Worship Center!
We are privileged to come alongside parents in helping their kids learn how to apply God’s Word to their lives.
We do this through powerful praise & worship, multi-media services, large & small group opportunities and incorporating time to hear from the Lord, strengthening their relationship with Him and with one another.
All the volunteers who work with our kids have a heart for kids & are dedicated to helping them become a functional part of the church and the Kingdom of God. They aim to help children hear from the Lord, be led by the Holy Spirit & grounded in the Word of God.
Each Kid’s Ministry volunteer is a loving and gifted person who gives of their time and talents to work with the kids in each service and activity.
We offer Kid’s Ministry:
Sunday School — 9am
>Preschool >Grade School
>Nursery >Preschool >Grade School
Church — 10am
Wednesday Family Night — 7pm

Nursery – infants through age 3
Our fun & comforting nursery is fully staffed for our youngest kids. They will enjoy Bible stories, activities & prayer time. Nursery Ministry is available Sundays at 10am (the nursery room is open for parents to use at 9:00am) and Wednesdays at 7pm.
Preschool – age 4 through kindergarten
Our 9am preschool Sunday School class is a great way to grow in the Word & the 10am Jr. Kid’s Church is church on a preschool level! Bible teaching, worship, small groups, craft & games help the preschoolers grow in their faith in fun and creative ways.
Rainbow Club is available Wednesdays at 7pm where kids earn badges while growing in their faith.
Grade School – grades 1-6
Our 9am grade level Sunday School classes challenge the kids to grow in the Word & Our 10am Kid’s Church is high-energy, multi-media church on a kid’s level. Large group, small group, plus worship, prayer, games, connecting activities and more!
During the school year, Girls Club & Royal Rangers Clubs are available on Wednesdays at 7pm where the kids earn badges as they grow in their faith. In July and August, Summer Kid’s Clubs take over Wednesday evenings which includes worship, a movie, snack & small groups.
(Don’t forget about our annual summer Kid’s Camp that runs the second full week of July!)
Pre-Teen – grades 5 & 6
This age group has additional small group & leadership opportunities geared to help them navigate the pre-teen years. Route 56 meets once a month for Bible study & special events from September – April. KICK Krew provides an opportunity for the pre-teens to serve in leadership during Kid’s Church.
